Michał Nesterowicz

CONDUCTOR

"Under his baton the orchestra’s playing was highly textured, dynamically varied and highly flexible in terms of phrasing."

(Operaplus, November 2016)

"The understanding between Altstaedt and the Deutschen Symphonie-Orchester Berlin under Michal Nesterowicz works brilliantly. ... Under Nesterowicz, the Berlin orchestra brings out subtle differences between seemingly similar composers."

(Werner Teurich, Spiegel, April 2016)

"Lutoslawski’s Concerto for Orchestra (…) made for a thrilling listen, in a performance that showed Nesterowicz’ command of the score"

(George Hall, Guardian, April 2015)
